Why 'The Power Years Project '? 
Because IT'S TIME!  It's time for an uplifting, BRAND NEW, powerful and positive conversation and MOVEMENT about the years of your life that have the potential to be your your BEST YEARS YET!  So many women approaching their mid 40's and 50's bring with them a widsom that was sometime hard won, so they know a lot of good stuff! 

So, we are not only gratefully older but way wiser and it's time to play homage to our individual journies and turn up the volume on how we consolidate everything we've learned thus far.  It's time to collect together the most forward-facing information on movement, nutrition, mind and vitality longevity so that we actually begin the process of POWERING UP into our futures as opposed to POWERING DOWN!  It's, very much time for your second wind!

The information about thriving in the middle years and beyond has changed beyond recognition in the last few years.  We're talking BIOHACKING THE AGEING PROCESS, MOVEMENT LONGEVITY and utilizing all the amazing health advances, information and technology available from to craft and implement a NEW ORDER in our own lives and truly become our own HEALTH AND WELLBEING SHEROES!

The Power Years Project says NO! to every single lazy-a**ed norm that assumes it's time for women of this age to slink into the mid-distance, begin their journey to 'invisible', start wearing elasticated waists, succumb to brain fog and low libido.  The Power Years Project says NO! to describing falling over as 'having a fall', trading in weight-training for chair-robics or gentle Aqua as your only movement choices and generally adopting a 'carpet slipper and armchair' lifestyle.  The Power Years Project says YES! to women taking their health, wellness, vitality and their continued journey and dreams well in hand and actually, grabbing it by the throat and saying "LET'S GO!"

 "Midlife is when the universe grabs you by the shoulders and tells you: "I'm not f-ing around, use the gifts you were given"! 

100%, it's true that at this time of life, many of us start to feel the effects of say 20-30 years of employment, birthing and growing several kids, a few house move, a few marriages or significant partnerships and everything in between.  Throw into the mix a little hormonal havoc caused by 'could be better' lifestyle and nutrition choices and of course an environmental toxic load that's omniprescent and BOOM! many of us are approaching these years, lacking the resilience and hormonal balance to truly THRIVE and plan our next courageous moves - because, make no mistake, courageous moves are still to be made and there's a whole load of planning and executing of dream still available to us.  So, we're arriving at this pivitol life-phase....tired, without vitality and energy, frazzled and without a compelling plan that makes us jump out of bed, glad to be alive every morning! 

Ultimately.....we all need and deserve to have a thrilling and compelling plan for our lives at EVERY LIFE PHASE and that's what this Summit and the following PROJECT offerings and this new COMMUNITY is all about!

So,enter THE POWER YEARS PROJECT.....your first taste of the Project is this GLOBAL, ONLINE, FREE Summit where we asked some big hitters in the 'alternative' conversation regarding midlife to share with us their widsom and vision for making your midlife indeed YOUR POWER YEARS!

Too much of this conversation focuses on the negatives and is dominated by the 'NEGATIVE NORA'S' perpetually chiming away about "mid-life belly fat", "hot sweats", "dry vaginas", "leaky Pelvic Floors" and other 'joys'!!!!!  Is that ALL we are at this age?  Is that what we've become or have to look forward to?  NO!  And, in case you think we're being Pollyanna's about these issues, YES, that stuff is happening to women but let's employ a little Neuroplasticity theory here and shine a light on the fact that what we tell ourselves, we will be and what we focus on, we very much move towards.

  So how about a conversation that acknowledges the changes and then gives you CLEAR DIRECTION as to the why's and how we take control?  What about a GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF WOMEN focused on turning frowns upside down? And indeed, offering a whole lot of light and belly-laughs? What about building a GLOBAL COMMUNITY where women getting frank and honest about this powerful life phase and the potential for their innate wisdom to lead their own personal TRANSFORMATIONS?....What about that??  
What Will You Learn?
A LOT!  Everyone interviewed is a leader in their field and interviewed from a standpoint of PROBLEM-SOLVING, and giving the viewer real-life, actionable steps to use right away.  The aim is that you truly come away from the week spent with us TRANSFORMED and KNOWING without doubt that whatever your body, mind and soul is going through, firstly, there's an answer to WHY? and secondly, there's someone or specific information that when explored can guide you get back to feeling amazing again.
